this. The bending instrument is not sterile, but lies loosely in front with the risk of being infected by bacteria and exposed to dirt and must therefore sometimes be sterilized, which is a major problem. In addition, the bending instrument is not always in place and must be searched. This takes time and interrupts patient care. The object of the present invention is to solve the problems which exist with the above-mentioned constructions by creating a cheap, simple, reliable and easy-to-handle ear suction, whose gripping part, elongate suction tubes are sterile packed. The grip part has the recesses for the bend which are then sterile. The personnel's properly washed hands are free of bacteria, so the bending of the front part can take place without leaving the grip part, as the loose front part is held in one hand and the grip part in the other, to effect the bending. Thanks to the invention, a cheap and simple technical solution has been provided, which is easy to work with and which keeps bacteria away. The invention consists of a device for. an ear suction for sucking up unwanted particles such as e.g. wax, bacteria, skin cells, blood, dirt in an ear canal and at other parts of a middle ear and transfer this to a collection point where a suction pump produces the suction. According to the invention, the ear suction has a gripping part, made of plastic or metal, to be held with one hand at the suction, which has a rear connecting part, where a suction hose of transparent plastic, in order to be able to see the sucked up unwanted particles, is connected. The grip part has a front connection part, where an elongate metal suction pipe is to be connected. The grip part has recesses in which the front part of the elongate suction pipe, at its tip, is to be bent, by inserting the tip and possibly a part of the front part into the recess, which is about 2-20 mm long, after it has been detached from the front connecting part before the tip should suck in the ear canal. The recess has enclosing walls, which at least partially enclose the tip at the insertion, to form an abutment which holds it in place when raising the front part. This is done by one hand holding the grip part and the other hand holding the elongate suction tube, to achieve a desired appearance of the bend, which before the suction is bent according to the appearance of the ear canal and then put in place at the front connecting part, whereby the suction begins. to suck up the unwanted particles, e.g. near / at a eardrum and remove the unwanted particles through the grip part and the suction hose. The different parts of the earlobe are sterile. packed and used only once and then discarded. Since the staff must have washed their hands free of bacteria or worn sterile gloves, when sucking the ear canal, the hands are usually completely free of the bacteria, which is why the recesses do not become infected with bacteria so easily. In a variant of the invention, a rear end of the suction tube, which is connected to the front connecting part, has a cover element, which extends across the longitudinal drawing and covers the recesses during suction, to protect them from any bacteria from the hands, so fingers instead end up on the cover element, which can cover all or parts of the grip part, whereby when continuing to bend in previously covered recesses, the tip is protected from bacterial attack. In order to be able to more easily find the right recess, which fits the diameter and length of the elongate straw, the grip part is excellent with information in the form of numbers and letters on the exposure surface at the corresponding recess. The invention is presented below with preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a translucent side view of an ear suction while sucking in an ear canal, Fig. 2 shows a translucent side view of an ear suction with a detached elongate suction tube, the tip of which is inserted in a hole, before bending the front part of the elongate suction pipe, Fig. 3 shows a translucent side view of a grip part with reinforced enclosing walls and an aeration heel, Fig. 4 shows a translucent side view of an ear suction, having holes where the elongate suction pipe rear end has a cover element. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, an ear suction 1 for sucking up unwanted particles 3 is shown in an ear canal 2. The ear suction 1 has a gripping part 4, to be held at the suction and a rear connecting part 5, where a suction hose 6 is connected and a front connecting part 7, where an elongate suction pipe 8 is connected. The grip part 4 has recesses 10 in which the front part 9 of the elongate suction pipe 8 is to be inserted at its tip 20. The recess 10 has enclosing walls 11, which enclose the tip 20, and form an abutment 12 in the bending of the front part 9, to provide at least one bend 13. The recesses 10 are arranged in the enclosing exposure surface 14 of the grip part 4 and are shaped as round holes 21 , which are about 1-20 mm deep, the enclosing walls 11 of which connect around the tip 20 when the bend 13 is made. The gripping part 4 is an elongate body, through which, in its longitudinal direction 15, a channel 16 runs, through which the sucked-up unwanted particles 3 from the elongate suction tube 8 are transported through the suction hose 6 during the suction to be collected. The grip part 4 is a maximum of 8 cm long, whose thickness is a maximum of 1 cm, and whose width is a maximum of 3 cm. The rear connecting part 5 has a first projection 17, pointing in the longitudinal direction 15. The end 18 of the suction hose 6 is threaded over or in the first projection 17 and is held there, with the channel 16 running through the end 18. As can be seen from Figs. 3 and 4, a variant of the invention is shown, in which the enclosing walls 11 are made of a hard and rigid material 26 of hard plastic, such as e.g. polycarbonate and / or a metal, the hardness of which withstands the pressure, from the tip 20, without being deformed, during the bending of the front part 9, in order to avoid that the enclosing walls 11 are deformed and that the rest of the grip part 4 can be made of a plastic material, which is more grip-friendly and which feels comfortable to hold and becomes lighter. The gripping part 4 has an aeration hole 25, which connects to the channel 16, whereby when the aeration hole 25 is more or less covered with a finger, a suction effect arises in the tip 20 of the elongate suction tube 8, the suction effect is then adjustable from a minimum to a maximum at the request of the staff, which sucks away the unwanted particles 3. As can be seen from Figs. 2 and 4, it is shown that the front connecting part 7 has a front wall surface 23, which extends in the transverse longitudinal direction 15. The front wall surface 23 has two holes 21 with different diameters, one of which is about 1-2 mm and the other about 2-3 mm, having a depth of about 3-5 mm. The holes 21 are somewhat protected for access by fingers, which do not so easily touch the front wall surface 23 and add bacteria during suction, which makes this place for the holes 21 preferable. The diameters of the holes 21 correspond to the most common tips 20. The front wall surface 23 has the second projection 19, which extends in the longitudinal direction 15 pointing away from the front wall surface 23. The channel 16 extends through the front wall surface 23, where the elongate suction tube 8 is connected at its rear end 22, which encloses the second projection 19, for holding the elongate suction tube 8 in the rear end 22, which has a cover element 24, which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction 15 and covers the two holes 21 during suction , to further protect them from bacteria, so that bacteria are otherwise transferred to the tip 2 during another bending of the tip 20.
